Always we visit Canada, we have to eat a poutine. It's a simbol of Quebec culinary. A plate of French fries with sauce and cheese. There are many kinds of sauce. I call it "caloric bomb". But you should try one. My husband asked Stratos poutine and I the original. His poutine was gratined and delicious. Mine was very common. I've ate better in Montreal. It's worth to try it. Bien accueilli, toujours avec un beau bonjour et les plats sont savoureux, très chaud et beaucoup de variétés au menu.

We have had poutine at the the major chains in Quebec. Stratos, AshTon, Louis - and a bunch of other places and we agree that Stratos is definitely one of the best.At the Belvedere location, you can get a "to go" portion (which is bigger) and still eat it in the restaurant. A very good value!

I wrote a review about Normandin tonight as well, as we were life long fans of their pizza. Tonight for the first time, I switched from Normandin (Sherbrooke) to Stratos (Sherbrooke Ouest). I ordered the same I used to order from Normandin, which is to a say a Garnie with extra pepperoni. The Stratos pizza is vastly superior, what a great pizza! Cooked just right with generous toppings, good crust, and properly made with the generous extra pepperoni well layered under the cheese. See my pictures comparing the similarly priced great Stratos pizza with the skimpy over cooked Normandin pizza. Thank-you Stratos!

Resto désuet. Bouffe pas mangeable. Même l'eau n'est pas bonne. Sauce à pizza beurk. La sauce à poutine n'est pas bonne non plus.
