The dining experience was fantastic, though it was a bit pricey. I want to give a special shoutout to the waitress (the blonde one) for her flawless portioning. She was considerate of my recent surgery and graciously accommodated my request, even though it wasn't on the adult menu. The food is excellent and the atmosphere is wonderful. Every single penny is well spent here. View all feedback.

The ambience and terrace are wonderful! Beautiful location and really nice music. The food was average, we got a chicken burger which wasn’t good and a hamburger which was just fine. I would recommended this as a bar for drinks and chilling not for food! View all feedback.
The food was excellent here. the service is super. it was a nice afternoon and the weather was perfect. they are pet friendly and welcome. thanks for the beautiful service.
Very central resto with a great view of the water. The service was great, our waiter was friendly and spoke both English and French. I ordered the half rack ribs which was the perfect portion and was tasty. My guest also had the same dish so unfortunately I can’t speak for the rest of the items on the menu. I would eat here again if I was in the area.
I love the Pilsen. The menu has improved greatly since the new management took over a few years back. The food is delicious. Why not 5 stars? I rarely write anything but 5 star reviews but I can tell you that if this was my first experience with the Pilsen, this would be a 1 star review. The loud, bass heavy, electronic, techno music was not anywhere conducive to an enjoyable dining experience. The building is being improved in wonderful ways. They’ve added a top floor that has great potential and wonderful views! We sat outside a few weeks ago and had a wonderful time with the people we brought with us. Tonight, the service was attentive… except for the awful music. When asked if they could possibly lower the volume or adjust the bass, we were told they couldn’t control it. Seriously? We should have left. The noise nearly destroyed what could have been a very enjoyable evening. My ears are still buzzing. The staff could not read the room and realize that the music was making other diners (mostly older than 45 and looking for a relaxing evening) uncomfortable. We saw another couple move away from being under the speakers. Years ago, when I was a waitress, I understood that my customers came out to eat to enjoy themselves. If they asked me to turn down the music, close a window or any other reasonable request, the answer was “absolutely”. We skipped extra drinks dessert so that we could leave as soon as possible. Living in this lovely village, I am often asked where I recommend to eat. I will now have to caution friends, family acquaintances about the noise factor. Unfortunate. The Pilsen has everything else going for it.

The view was spectacular. The restaurant renovations, while not complete yet, provided a nice atmosphere. The food was okay but portions were on the small side. The low rating was due to the music. It was more suited to a dance club than a restaurant. The repetitive booming from the speakers was not pleasant and headache inducing. It ruined what otherwise would have been a pleasant evening with friends.
