La Buvette Du Centro - Sherbrooke

The restaurant has beautiful decor and an amazing, large terrace. All menus are vegetarian and there are six clearly marked vegan options. I ordered the black bean burger with fries and salad, which was decent but nothing exceptional.

I had a great experience at this restaurant. There were plenty of options to choose from and the staff was very helpful. The only disappointment was the bohnenburger, it could have been better. However, everything else was delicious and after a few 8% pints from their excellent selection, I had completely forgotten about the bohnenburger.

This restaurant in Sherbrooke is definitely one of the trendiest spots in town. As soon as you walk in from the street, you have to climb a set of stairs to enter the stylish establishment with one of the most beautiful terraces. The menu may be concise, but there are plenty of options for vegans to choose from, and the staff is well-informed. Additionally, there is a vast selection of drinks available, which includes local products and creative alcohol-free choices.

WORST SERVICE EVER!! Waiter didn’t care to come to the table at all. Waited for 55 mins after appetisers but waiter never came to ask for main course. He was rather busy attending to tables with group of girls, or he was racist (IDK). Had to go personally to ask him for bill.

Service was very attentive and eating was good! I am the picky iron and they had things for me. the fries, nachos and panko brokkoli were very good. general tsao tofu was also great. eating came in less than 5 minutes, probably closer to 3, so crazy fast. definitiw more bar concentrated than restaurant, regarding the huge beverage menu in comparison to the menu, but eating is also very good.
