Epicerie Des Andes - Sherbrooke

The service is extremely bad, tables are very slow and dirty, the display cases are revolting to look at, with food even lying on the floor. I've tried giving this restaurant a second chance multiple times, but I always end up regretting it just as much, if not more. The place is very run-down and lacks any love or spirit from the staff serving the customers.

When I finally received my chalchipapa, I noticed that the toppings were burnt and some additional fries had been added to cover up the mistake. I decided to give it a try and found that the cheese was burnt, the sausages were overcooked, and there were black oil at the bottom of the container. This was a terrible meal and the service was equally disappointing. I usually enjoy my meals at this restaurant, so I was shocked by this experience. If they had apologized for the mistake or the long wait, I may not have written this review. I am hesitant to return for fear of receiving another terrible meal like the one I had today. I may consider giving them a second chance and will update this review based on my future experiences.

Igual, which is found in all supermarkets, offers good quality, attractive and affordable meals.
