The food here is excellent! However, the service is inconsistent. When we returned the next day, I was surprised to find that we had to wait over 30 minutes for takeout, partly due to a shortage of staff. Additionally, the menu information needs to be updated; some inaccuracies could easily be corrected with a sharpie. Build your own pizza with fresh dough and a fire oven. How could you go wrong?? You can 't. This pizza tastes great. I love fresh ingredients. A pizza is the only other place that compares (and beats) this place. So the product is amazing. The service isalways courteous. However, with the current economic situation, and how hard it is to find workers, on occasion, not often, theplace has run a little disorganized. When the manager/owner is there, everything is cool, never an issue. But some times, youmay end up waiting a long time, or having to clarify certain things. The pizza is always delicious mind you. But this is theonly reason I would give this place less than 5 stars. Great 'za.

We decided to return the following day, but I didn't expect to wait over 30 minutes for our takeout (partly due to a staff shortage). The menu information is not current, which could easily be updated with a simple note. It's also wise to double-check your bill, as some items come with extra charges—like the bologna sauce, which costs $2, and canned drinks, priced at $3—without clear indications on the menu. On this visit, the employees prioritized pizza orders; although we ordered a pasta dish first, they prepared pizzas from scratch for two customers who arrived after us. This was quite frustrating as a customer.
