Fast easy order plus delivered before specified time

Ordered two pizzas for delivery to our campsite which arrived lukewarm with a very surly driver. It was 'within a 3 mile radius so couldn 't understand why it didn 't arrive hot.

Placed an order online, order was accepted, money was taken out of my account. I was given an estimated time of arrival of 25-35 minutes. After an hour I thought I'd ring to see what was going on to be told that they knew nothing of my order and that my order number was of no use to them, that I needed to give customer services a ring. I was then given the number for Scottish borders council???? finally got the correct number and have been waiting, starving hungry for the last 25 minutes on hold.

I ordered £15 worth of food at 20:39 and was told it would be with me in 45-55 minutes, however food was extremely late, I didn’t have any apology from the store nor a refund or voucher for waiting for so long. Pizza didn’t arrive until 22:15, a ridiculous hour and 36 minutes after ordering, at which time is extremely late. Very unhappy and won’t be coming here again. Papa johns or dominos over this branch of Pizza Hut any day! Terrible, terrible service.

I ordered a pizza an hour ago and it still hasn't arrived. No one is answering the phone. Overall, it was a bad experience, so I do not recommend ordering from them.
