I stopped for a tub of cockles and was also interested in getting a dressed crab, but the person in front of me purchased the last one. However, the cockles were really delicious. The whelks looked appetizing and not too large. There was a good variety of seafood available at the restaurant.
The taste of crab goes downhill pretty quickly as far as I'm concerned, here the crab is as fresh as it gets
Unassuming and unfussy, Bob's stall deserves its long-standing family run reputation. Good honest fresh fish. Our 4 year old would have devoured the entire stall if we'd let him.
