Description

At this bustling fish-and-chips spot, experiences vary wildly: delivery can arrive early but orders are often delayed, and service ranges from friendly to rude. Popular items like chips and wings are mediocre to decent, while burgers, spring rolls and seafood sticks suffer from dryness, greasiness or poor construction; a hygiene lapse was reported. Crucially, gluten-free requests were ignored and refunds refused. Expect casual, inexpensive takeaway with hit-or-miss quality — good for quick local eats but avoid if you have allergies or expect consistency.

Ordered a lamb souvlaki, worst one i have ever had. Was filled with a heap of lettuce, sour garlic sauce and chunks of chewy lamb. Not a real souvlaki. Wont be returning to get another nor would i recommend.

The woman was rude, the chips weren't very nice at all, We got steamed dim sims and weren't even asked if they wanted sauce. They didn't have any Gyros lamb souvlaki we will NOT be going there again.

Ordered on menulog at 5:45 to which we were messaged to say that it would be ready by 6:30, we came in at 6:30 to pick up our order and it still wasn’t ready but we’re told it would be 10 minutes away, I came back in 10 minutes and hey still hadn’t put the order on, very poor customer service on their behalf

The order was straightforward, and while it was estimated to take an hour for delivery, they surprisingly arrived earlier, which was a nice touch. However, the cheeseburger patty was excessively dry—like trying to chew on a flip-flop—and honestly, the burger itself looked rather sad. If it were a person, it would resemble a worn-out streetwalker who's had enough of life. To top it off, I found a feather in my food, which was quite unexpected! The chips were decent—just your standard fish and chips fare. My spring roll, on the other hand, resembled an oil-soaked toilet paper roll and had an excessively greasy and muddy flavor. It felt lifeless. The devil wings were okay, but the seafood sticks were a major disappointment—they were packed too tightly, so when you bit into one, it was mostly dough. Overall, I guess you can't expect too much from a typical fish and chip shop.
