I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The coffee was excellent, the staff were friendly, and the food was delicious. Its central location, right next to the mall, is a huge plus. I was particularly impressed by the attention to detail—each brownie even had a logo sifted on top, and they roast their own coffee too. Highly recommend!
I always adore Brother Pablo! The story behind the place is fantastic, and they likely serve some of the best coffee in the world—definitely better than what you'll find in Melbourne.

Epic coffee, warm friendly staff, great music. I love the shop and I love their coffee beans. The beans are of consistently outstanding quality. Scott travels to the farms that he buys them from and hand roasts them back in Shep. His dedication def pays off. Highly recommended.
