Pure garbage. Everything tasted the same and the taste was very bad. Save your time and money.

Ordered two chopped brisket sandwiches today for lunch, really wish I hadn 't. Service was great. Ordered over the phone, and food was brought out withing five minute. The food however was HORRIBLE. The Chopped Brisket was more like pureed. It was completely mush and didn 't resemble chopped brisket at all. And for some reason they have either switched to a mustard based sauce, or they put a ton of mustard on our sandwiches. Either way, the sandwiches were inedible. We ended up putting them in the trash and getting fast food. Almost $18 for 2 sandwiches just to put them in the trash. Prines was pretty good when I went last year, my guess would be that they have a new owner who decided to make it their own and changed everything. Either way, save your money and go somewhere else.

I remember Prines being good. The ribs had very little meat, brisket was dry and overcooked, and the sauce….pan drippings? The sausage was good.

This is likely the worst BBQ I have had in the 21st century. Prine’s used to serve outstanding BBQ. Not anymore. First and foremost, you have to order from your car. You find that out when you walk up to the front door where the menu is posted. Unless you are graced with clairvoyance you will need to order from the front door. In the heat. Or the cold, take your pick. Lazy and poor customer service. The meat lacks flavor and the ribs we ordered came with a chunk that was inedible. That I paid for. The sauce was watery and cold. Now let’s talk about the beans, potato salad, and cole slaw. You know, the normal sides one gets with a family pack. Well, there are none. Bottom line is that if I had to choose between this BBQ and no BBQ at all, I would choose the latter. It is that bad.
