Service is terrible they never get my order right ever even after I have them repeat it to me they still get it wrong they rush you to order even if there’s no one in line they close at 6pm People behind me attempted to order at 530 they turned their lights off and said they’re closed but they were still cooking. All around poor service

Charleys has the best sandwiches around! And the service is great too Love it!

Older Caucasian female literally said to me: be off with you and have a good day. ? not sure if she knows that basically means “leave immediately and stop bothering me.” There we’re not other customers in line and it was a Sunday am close to the time they’d opened. Zero reason for any of them to behave with such attitude.

Staff was very rude and offered no greetings upon my arrival and when I asked for additional toppings they begrudgingly threw them on to counter. I said have a nice day and no reply was given
