The gas pumps at this location are extremely slow. I wouldn’t advise visiting unless you have at least two hours to spare for refueling.
The cashier was using her finger-licked hands to open bags and then picked up drink cans by the tops. I reached out to corporate about this issue, and they kindly sent me a $10 gift card, which is a nice gesture, but it might only cover an overpriced sandwich. If I had missed work due to a cold, flu, or even COVID, I could have lost a substantial amount of money that could have been easily avoided. From now on, I’ll be going to ROCS and using their self-checkout instead. This was very unsanitary.
I ordered drinks for curbside pickup from Sheetz, but only realized they gave me the wrong ones once I got home. When I called the restaurant to report the problem, it took forever for someone to answer, and then they hung up on me without any explanation.
Fuel prices are excellent, but many of the pumps were not working.
Like every other Sheetz location, this one was neither outstanding nor bad. However, today I ordered a whole sub, a sandwich, and a pizza. When I got home, all the items were piled on top of the pizza box, which wasn’t even fully closed, causing the pizza to be completely crushed. Usually, I wouldn’t mind, but this order was for my daughter.
