The pig belly breakfast biscuit is the only $10 sand worth every penny in the city, and then some! I love the rotating menu; I never tried anything I didn't like! Alisha is great. So to earth, friendly and a gastronomic genius. The food is good because it is made with love. One of my favorite people in town. If you do not follow her IG (Instagram) you should: a food p0rn. I always have nice conversations when I'm here. It is the most suitable food service community that the venue has seen in the last 10 years. So excited to have gourmet food at a reasonable price. The best culinary supplement to Shepherdstown is Pressed Flour. Treat yourself to this incredible setting and support this incredibly talented cook. You won't regret it.
This Baker has the greatest talents and uses only Fresh Local Ingredients! Because the line is really long, it sells fast! Your pastries and sandwiches should die!
I am a small batch and travel baker, and I have stumbled Flours Facebook page for over a year because everything posted looks amazing and right down my avenue regarding products and style. I finally had the opportunity to visit last Tuesday, and it was all I had hoped it would be. The Italian butterfly is perfectly light and silky. The chocolate cake was decadent and perfectly moist. The bad luck I tried was perfectly balanced with Cheddar and Speck, and it was also perfect in terms of moisture. I can't wait to come back to Shepherdstown soon to try more of the offers of this store. Just amazing.
Wow! I had the pork bell breakfast sandwich this morning and it was incredible. I rarely write reviews and I told my friend while we eat that it was so good that I would write a review. I had the pecan rolls and buttermilk biscuits at previous visits, also super. I like the menu is limited, it makes me try new things! Keep the great work!!!
Pork belly breakfast sandwich on a homemade biscuit was to die for. Like, literally. It was melt in your mouth deliciousness.
