It's pretty simple, if you want excellent smoked bbq and delicious ribs, oh and bonus points here because you get to deal with one of the good guys, than this is your place. Called Carl on Thursday night for a couple trays for homecoming tailgate and he came through like a champ and people are still talking about it. Ribs are delish, pulled pork is insane, Carl is groovy. It's all good, check it out!!!

This is by far the best smoked meat I've tried since my grandpa's! If you've been searching for high quality excellent smoked meat, like we have been, look no further. I highly recommended HSM!

Delicious Karl is our Airbnb host and was kind enough to bring some of his BBQ for us. It was absolutely delicious! We had the pulled pork sandwiches, which were flavorful and fresh (and the coleslaw was amazing), the pepperoni rolls (which had an amazing smoky flavor), and the chicken quarters in Alabama white sauce (which were perfectly juicy and flavorful).

I recommend anything Heritage does, it's all amazing, my favorite are the smoked pepperoni rolls.
