to the greatest part they make orders accurate. their internet order is excellent, like a national chain, equipped with centralized IT resources from companies. they have never made a mistake on any internet order that I have made, this is my preferred order method. My sister and I got stranded at the college up the road when our ride left us there at 9 o'clock at night. We walked down the campus road and found this restaurant. The employees didn't ask us any questions and waited patiently for us to order something so we could use the bathroom and seek refuge in the store. I called Superbowl Night and LaBrell was fantastic. There were some technical problems because of the busy night, but LaBrell stayed on top and was apologetic and very nice. 10/10 would recommend calling and speaking with LaBrell. Wouldn't have asked for better service and good talk. Thank you.
We order from this Domino's once a week and it always comes fresh and hot and on time!! And gotta love the friendly drivers!!

They have never made an error on any internet order I have placed, this being my preferred ordering method. I have only had a handful of pizzas over-cooked, in the years I have been here. It's Domino's, but it IS the best pizza in Shepherdstown. Updated 12/31/2019... It is New Years Eve and they were super busy, but my order was correct and perfect! Update 07/10/2020: I got a chicken alfredo bread bowl, it was perfect.

The pizza was very good hot and fresh loaded with toppings.
