Qi Shan Sushi Qí Shàn Sù Shí

We were delighted to discover this restaurant in the Shenhe district of Shenyang. It may be small, but it was bustling with customers when we visited in January 2020, and it was definitely worth the wait. We found some unique dishes like lion's mane mushroom, a variety of seasoned powders (including a fantastic mosquito stock), and a delicious frozen soy-based fish shaped like a flounder (the nori skin crisps up beautifully when baked). They offer an impressive selection of food, including snacks and frozen items.

We stumbled upon some amazing finds, such as lion's mane mushrooms, various storage powders and spices (including a fantastic mosque chicken stock), and a mouthwatering frozen soy-based fish shaped like a flounder (the Nori skin becomes a delightful crisp when baked). They offer an extensive selection of food items, ranging from snacks to frozen goods.
