When you erroneously scanned an item twice today and I asked for a refund after I checked my receipt, why did I not get the full value refunded? The value of the goods was £4 but I was only refunded £3.80. The manager said there was a transaction fee – but this was your error so why did I have to pay it??? Can you please pick up the phone automated service is dreadful just puts you in a loop !!!????
Has lots of individual shops within it, including Pets Corner, The Works and Edinburgh Mill.
