Unfortunately, my food never arrived, and when I tried to call the restaurant, there was no answer. I usually order from here, even late at night when I finish work. I would like a refund for my meal, please. The service was for delivery, and I typically spend between $20 and $40 per person. Thank you.

The toppings were sparsely spr... read more I was disappointed with my visit to Domino's Shellharbour today. The food was unappealing and honestly quite bland and tasteless. The toppings were sparsely spread, and the crust was so thin that I felt like I was eating paper. The only positive aspects were the meatballs and garlic bread. However, I did appreciate the excellent customer service from the delivery driver. Overall, they really need to improve; it was quite disappointing, and we won’t be returning.

Delivery... read more Would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered one pizza and a pack of cheese and garlic scrolls on doordash (which is delivered by the restaurant at 6.20pm. Delivery time frame was between 6.45-6.55. I was then notified at 7.20 (35 minutes after the delivery time-frame that the order had been completed even though the pizza had never arrived. I then called the store 4 times before they picked up only to be told that they had never actually received the order. After a half hour (7.50pm chat with doordash (which they couldn 't do anything about because it was 'delivered by restaurant ' , my order finally turned up at the frontdoor (even though the restaurant had never recieved the order‍ And my food was COMPLETELY cold.
