I also ord... read more I placed an order in the drive-thru and received the wrong items. I ordered a chicken quesadilla but got a cheese quesadilla with very little cheese. I also ordered a Steak Boss burrito, but instead received a burrito that had only three pieces of chicken in it. I'm not sure what happened there. The staff member at the drive-thru was friendly, but she didn't read my order back to me, and I didn’t get a receipt. Service: Takeout, Meal type: Dinner.

She handled everything... read more The woman who took my order was very nice and helpful, but unfortunately, the person who prepared my food did so without wearing gloves. She handled everything with her bare hands while wiping them on her pants, which I found extremely unprofessional. When I requested to speak to a manager, I was first told that there wasn't one available. However, the same woman who made my order (without gloves) then claimed she was the manager and offered to remake my food. I declined and asked for a refund instead, not wanting to keep the food. She continued to prepare other orders for a few minutes before finally giving me my refund. I will not be returning to this location.

I ordered takeout for lunch, and my total came to between $30 and $50. Unfortunately, the food received a rating of 1, and the service was also a 1.
