I placed an order in the drive-thru and received the wrong items. I ordered a chicken quesadilla but got a cheese quesadilla with very little cheese. I also ordered a Steak Boss burrito, but instead received a burrito that had only three pieces of chicken in it. I'm not sure what happened there. The staff member at the drive-thru was friendly, but she didn't read my order back to me, and I didn’t get a receipt. Service: Takeout, Meal type: Dinner.

However, the same woman who made my order (without gloves) then claimed she was the manager and offered to remake my food. I declined and asked for a refund instead, not wanting to keep the food. She continued to prepare other orders for a few minutes before finally giving me my refund. I will not be returning to this location.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant with rude staff and a long wait time of 20 minutes in the drive-thru. I ordered takeout for lunch, and my total came to between $30 and $50. Unfortunately, the food received a rating of 1, and the service was also a 1.
