We waited to be seated, and the host came to greet us. She seated us at a table on the left, and as soon as she did, we overheard a server say she was ready to go home. That was enough for us to decide to leave. I really don't understand why people can't just be courteous and professional. We ended up going to another restaurant, and the service there was definitely much better than what we encountered at this one. View all feedback.

I had risen at 7:40 a.m. and didn't go with my command until 8:10. the person who works has never told me a word, after 25 minutes I had to ask them for my order. when I came home, which is only 10 minutes away, eating was freezing, my burgers were made wrong, and the wobbles were badly burned. They had already tabulated for groups of our size (8.) larger groups would not be a problem. the appetizers were great, my bbq sponges was really good. others loved her huh, burger and wing. each ding was freshly fixed; nothing was precooked, then warned again and it shows. reasonable prices. good menu variant.
The wings were enjoyable, though the selection of sauces was limited. The onion rings and fried pickles were also quite decent. Our waiter, Mathew, was extremely friendly and very helpful.
We have only had one good experience here. Today we went in and hardly anyone was inside eating. We stood there for several minutes waiting to be seated and all we got was odd looks from staff. My girlfriend asked the bartender if we could sit at the bar since no one was seating us and she said with a not so pleasant tone I guess. If you don't have staff to sit people then let people seat themselves
Our server was nice. Other than that, the place was freezing, all of our wings and fries came out cold, and the other staff members were just not friendly at all. I left wondering why we paid 150 dollars for cold food and bad attitudes.

I tried to call the load, and it took a few minutes to answer for someone and when they did, I was taken into the grip for even longer. I tried to talk to someone and decided to take this assessment. I won't go back soon. I understand being busy, but the customer service was terrible. the bartender and several server went past me and several others waited for their commands and no one even said anything to us.
