We visited a busy time when they appeared shorthanded. The fresh salad bar was excellent and included items not found on any salad bar. I love the bacon and cheese. The Entrees were mostly good and what was not exactly right was done directly by the manager. View all feedback.
What Russell M doesn't like about Ruby Tuesday:
There are 6 floor staff, a bartender, and a manager at 8pm on a saturday, pretty slow right now. They have the bartender waiting on everyone. Me at the bar and 5 tables. Everyone else is stocking, filling salt and pepper shakers, etc... Took the poor guy 15 minutes just to get my drink order, and I'm sitting at the bar. I hope they don't split tips. Excellent as always! I'm a big fan of the salad bar, and the NEW FRIED PICKLES are absolutely fantastic!!!
We visited during a busy time when it seemed like they were a bit understaffed. However, the fresh salad bar was outstanding and featured items you won't find on most salad bars. I particularly loved the bacon and cheese options. Overall, the entrees were mostly good, and when something wasn't quite right, the manager addressed it promptly.
The food was enjoyable, though I'm accustomed to larger portions. I was satisfied, but I expect a bit more. The salad bar was excellent! However, the desserts at $6.25 felt pricey, especially considering they were half the price of my duck dish.
Great bands! Salad Bar is updated and fresh. It is a great place for a quick (NOT Fast Food) lunch. The tea is sweet and the servers are friendly. When the parking lot is full, the restaurant and that means a little waiting. Good food and good service are in demand... Here you find both.
Food and service was good. Could have improved on the lava cake, too dry. Do recommend going and enjoying the Salad Bar.
