Mcdonald's - Shelbyville

Very fast a filling of my order. beautiful staff, very friendly, very clean restaurant.

Slow as always. Always have yo get order fixed at the window and sometimes and forced to get out and go inside! Needs service improvement and the one morning male manager is very rude every time like he hates his job! This is at the location over on the same road as Walmart in Shelbyville ky!

Everything was great until I was told to pull up to third window. A short somewhat elderly black lady handed me my food. She didn't say a word to me. Not here ya go, Thank you, or anything. She didn't give me sauces for my nuggets. She didn't put any napkins in the bag. The worst was the fact that she didn't acknowledge me whatsoever. Thankfully she did have enough sense to hand me the bag.I will go to the other McDonald's in town and YOU should too. They already have a 5-Star review from me!

Worst McDonald's on the planet earth. And the day there is a McDonald's on the moon or Mars it will be the worst in the galaxy

Everytime I go to the McDonald's I have to order my food cooked to order because burgers come out with chz not melted on a cold burger. Then I waited ,40 minutes on them to bring my freaking food. I should have called the manager because there is nothing but kids working. Had to honk my horn from the third window and OF COURSE the burgers were wrong and fries cold! How many people does it take to fix an order? Don't ask me if I will return or recommend.
