The staff is amazing! Always friendly and helpful. All very knowledgeable about their products. I have a shake and tea about 3 times a week and I can really tell a difference in my energy, focus, and mood those days. What V Ring doesn't like about Main Street Nutrition And Energy:
Pulled into parking lot at 1255 yesterday and they was already closed up walking out the door. Was very disappointed time says 1 .. I'm a tea junkie and love the teas I work in Shelbyville 3 days a week. I hauled tail to get there before they closed and make it technically but to find out they closed early very disappointed View all feedback.
The ladies here are nothing but sweet and very helpful on choosing what drink to order

Shakes taste like shakes and not icey. Very delicious!
I recommend Main Street Nutrition and energy to everyone. They have the best shakes. And it’s really hard to choose cause it doesn’t matter what you choose they are all good. They do an absolutely amazing job. Thank y’all ladies y’all are the best.
Wow, nothing but great things to say about this place. Not only are the drinks and teas sooo good but the staff is so friendly and just all around super nice!!! My first time in they were so nice and actually took the time to help me decide on a drink I might like. Let me just say I LOVED IT. since then I haven't tried one I don't like. I've made this place my regular morning stop. 12/10 would recommend.
