What User doesn't like about Giovannis Pizza:
I was disappointed with my experience at the restaurant. Our pizza order was lost and the appetizer came out after our main course because it was forgotten. Additionally, there were not enough menus available which made us feel rushed. The spaghetti sauce was thick and lacking in flavor. The workers were not very friendly, except for the woman at the front. Overall, the total bill was much higher than I anticipated b... View all feedback.

Very good pizza friendly owners and personal very fair prices we will giovanni’s in the future esp. as this is a very convenient location to our home. we ate at our first visit nothing nice, but they have made a nice job to sprout the old pizza hat. very much appreciated the special table they have reserved for military pastness, antiquity and future. liked the historical photos of shelbyville on the walls.
Pizza was very good! would definitely go back. the service could be better. they ask you to pay before they bring your food, ok. we ordered an salat and pizza. They never brought our salat (which obviously came out first). When they broke out our pizza, we asked about our salad, they asked if we wanted the salad. now, we have already paid for, so yes. also, while covid consider, don’t sit people directly next to each other when the restaurant is in the round empty. there were only a few when we came in, we sat 2 tables of them, hmmm,ok. another couple comes in and sat at table between us, next couple right next to us. They had us at 5 tables that all crashed on one side of the restaurant while the other half was empty.
Really nice people, the Franchiser needs to help them straighten things out...The oven is cooking the tops of the pizzas, but the bottom of the crust was soggy, leftovers were good when the bottom of the pizza was crisp...Has to be a oven problem? They shouldn't call a steak sub a steak sub and then put a frozen hamburger patty on it and call it a steak sub...Ambiance....Put a couple of cheap used TV's on the wall with sports on, I noticed speakers in the ceiling, put some music on, felt like eating the morgue...I place blame on the Franchise not the people who bought into it, they're very nice people with little guidance obviously...Whoever is in charge of helping Franchises succeed with a Giovanni's totally SUCKS!!!
