Domino's Pizza - Shelbyville

I really enjoy Domino's, but tonight my delivery driver was unusually strange. He kept trying to come inside and was messing around with my kids. It also felt like he was lingering, expecting a tip, even though I had already tipped him $5 through the app.

I recently took advantage of Domino's $19.99 deal, which includes two medium pizzas, bread bites, a cinnamon twist, and a 2-liter drink. It's truly the best deal I've found among all food options! Highly recommend it!

However, I continue to face issues with this location... My last order took a whopping 2 hours to arrive, and when it did, the pizza was cold and inadequately sliced—one piece was as small as a silver dollar. I decided to give it another shot tonight, but there was no answer when I tried to call, and the app wouldn’t work. So, I went to the store, where the OPEN sign was lit, I could hear workers inside preparing pizzas, yet the door was locked. It seems like there are serious management issues here. I even recorded a video of the sign, the staff, and the locked door. Sadly, I think I’m finished with Domino's in Shelbyville.

Absolutely horrible. I received a greasy pizza with the bottom of the box falling out because of the grease. Also, the pizza wasn?t even cut. Service has been declining for the last year but this ridiculous. Tried to call to complain, but nobody wouldanswer the phone. Threw the pizza in the trash. Will try to get a refund tomorrow if someone will answer the phone.

So, my grandson ordered a large pizza, and some cheesy bread at 5:59pm today, Friday April 8th. It took 1½ hours to even deliver and recieve the food! If I could give Dominos 0 stars I would, because they dont even deserve the one star that wasgiven.
