Chick-fil-a - Shelby

Everybody knows Chick-fil-A, so I’ll just comment on this specific location. I’ve been here several times during lunch, plus various other times of day, always using the drive thru. It’s always busy, but they are extremely fast and efficient. It takes just a few minutes from entering until I leave with my food. And, they are friendly on top of that. Will definitely continue stopping here, as it’s a very convenient location off of 74.

When you arrive at this location and see the drive through line you'll think you'll be sitting there in line forever. Thankfully the opposite of that is true. The location always has a ton of staff who are very well trained so they will have your ordered processed, filled, and provided to you quickly. Unlike most fast food chains, the orders at this restaurant are always correct. Nothing but positive things to say about this location.

Great food but the employees could have been a little more

I love eating Chikfila, but nearly every time I eat at THIS location specifically, I get explosively sick on my stomach. Gwu location, Gastonia, Belmont..no other location, just this one makes me sick. Please look at what is being done in terms of food handling and oil usage, because I would love to be able to eat here again.

I only come to Chick-fil-A for the chicken minis in the morning and it’s a shame that y’all don’t serve this throughout the day. It is the only item on your menu that I care for as everything else is very dry and that’s at every location. It’s just like Bojangles all the chicken is always dry.Service is always great. But one of my biggest pet peeve is. every single time everyone in that building has to say, it’s my pleasure, nobody cares nobody wants to hear it. In actuality, it becomes more than annoyance. Please stop forcing your employees to say this. All your employees need to do is just have a smile on their face and be polite.
