Normally I'm very happy with your restaurant. I have never been served a bad meal there until yesterday. I stopped in there for lunch and ordered your cuban sandwich. There wasn't any ham on it, and the pork was very dry. The bread was also dried out. I normally order the Bear Trap, which you no longer have, and I'm sure it isn't because you never sold any. That hotdog was popular.

The food is always good here. I’ve been dining at this restaurant for 15 years, but I have to say that while the prices keep increasing, the quality and portion sizes have gone down. I was there tonight and left feeling disappointed.

We had a party of seven adults and four children, and the waitress was patient and attentive. The food was excellent, and the service was also quite good!

I ordered a spicy jack burger to-go. When I got home and started eating it, I discovered it was topped with some sort of thousand island sauce, there was no cheese, and the bun was way too big for the burger. Additionally, there were only about 12 fries included. My wife ordered a walnut cranberry chicken salad but received something that resembled a basic chef salad instead. We should have checked our order before leaving, but since we had heard such wonderful things about the restaurant, we didn't think it would be an issue. Unfortunately, I won't be going back, and I can't recommend this place to my friends.
