What Silas Pouros doesn't like about Big Apple Bagels:
I ordered food ahead of time, arrived at the designated time for pick up, and found that my order had not even been started. I waited and when my food was finally ready, it seemed rushed and poorly put together. It was as if they had mixed up my roast beef with turkey. I regret tipping 20 percent when I placed the order, I should have waited to see the quality of the food first. View all feedback.

Big Apple Bagels are THEEEEE BEST Ive ever had!!! French toast, cinnamon sugar, asiago and everything are just a few I go after.. But more than fabulous bagels , I continue to go there because the service is beyond 5 stars. And I feel the prices are fair. Everyone that works there is so nice and even engage in conversation with you. Don’t get that these days!! They always go above and beyond to make sure everything is right and just as you ordered it .. And ohhhh BTW, those muffins they have there.. AMAZING!!!
This place is one of my favorite hill places. freshly baked, amazing aromas and large bagels of all kinds. daily fresh. but. be ready for a whole series of other bakery goodies. this place has macaroons! and muffins and cookies, and the people are very nice and professional. the place is clean clean. I enjoy it when I come here.
Visited this 25 mile road location a couple weeks ago for some bagels, I had a coupon from a local paper. When I handed it to a rude teenager behind counter, she told me “this location doesn’t accept coupons” so I left and drove a couple miles, to the location at 23 and Van Dyke. Here, I was greeted by a friendly young man that gladly accepted the coupon. I will come to this location from now on, because I don’t need an attitude with my purchase.
