It's been a while since we came back to get her food and I was so excited until this experience. We are just here, UNGRY and EMPTY-HANDED!!! My husband and I are LIVID with what just happened... We came here today at 2 p.m. 11/5/2022, waited for 30 minutes to place a to-go order and was said the food should be ready in about 15 minutes. We waited and after 25 minutes I went in to see if his willing, NOPE they said it will be a few minutes, we stayed patient as we understood that they were busy. Altogether almost 2 hours to be there, I asked if our food is ready and whether it is not easy to give me a refund, they check the kitchen and we find out that our food NIE made!!! There looking standing with NO HELP from the staff to see if I was helped NOTE!!! We went after the refund was filed, but I wish we could have just got the food. I'm so disappointed that I believed it. I just wanted to eat! As a business you should be ashamed!!! I can't say we're back because nothing has been done to even try to make this bad experience good.

I love this place. We can really feel at home : From 12pm they have lunch. It's pretty delicious and for a fair price. Loved the desserts, and the friendly staff. You can make kids busy with all the toys available. There is an external area. The only thing that we didn't like was the disposal cups for coffee. We would go back for sure!

The food is good but I feel like this has to be said: they are Very unorganized. Which is made worse by some poor costumer service from SOME of the people working there. The Asian looking lady was a sweetheart and the boy at the cashier was also very nice so I don?t want to generalize. Here?s what happened: Called in for take out and was told it?d be ready in 30 minutes. Well, I got there 40 minutes later and it wasn?t only not ready but my order hadn?t even made it back to the kitchen yet. Cashier seemed confused and was startled by my presence (like a ?ops?moment). Well, after that I was left standing waiting for my order for 40 more minutes. I would sporadically ask kindly about the status of my order only to be treated rudely by a middle aged women. She made me feel like I was bothering her, but hey? I was the costumer who had placed an order more than an hour ago. She has the hell of a bad attitude. The only reason why I ordered by phone for take out was because I had bad experiences there in the past where food took too long to be ready or was forgotten about. So I tried to get ahead of myself this time and it was the worst experience I have ever had in a restaurant. I have been there many times and was really trying to give them a chance because it?s a specialty place and it?s owned by Brazilians and I wanted to support; yet the hassle is not worth it for me again. My mental health and good costumer service are more important than trying to get Brazilian foods.

Amazing little restaurant pumping out delectable Brazilian specialities. Make sure you stop in and try something! You can't go wrong with anything on their menu. It's absolutely divine!
