On a whim, stopped in Nonna’s for Italian food. Had been suggested for quite some time to try this place. Located in a strip mall, I can see how patrons could miss this great little place. I had the fettuccine pasta with marinara sauce. My wife had penne pasta with marinara. As it goes with her if she likes the food she will mention, Hey ! we should go back and to eat there again. so what are you waiting for go eat. View all feedback.
The food was fantastic! The olive oil for the bread had a delightful flavor and was well-seasoned. The vegetarian manicotti was wonderful, although it was slightly cold in the center. The gnocchi was cooked to perfection. Everything tasted fresh and left me feeling satisfied without being heavy. The restaurant also had lovely decor and was clean! I would absolutely return. It was refreshing to see the manager—possibly the owner—actively working alongside the staff to ensure everything ran smoothly, even though they were short-staffed. It’s rare to find a manager who truly pitches in, and I was genuinely impressed.
Wonderful food and good service. The only downside was that I was seated near the front, and the setting sun was blinding me through the windows. The eggplant was perfectly crispy, the artichoke heart appetizer was delicious, and the Tiramisu was fantastic!
On a spontaneous decision, I visited Nonna’s for some Italian cuisine. I had heard recommendations to try this restaurant for a long time. Situated in a strip mall, I can understand how some people might overlook this little gem. I ordered the fettuccine with marinara sauce, while my wife opted for penne with the same sauce. If she enjoys a meal, she always says, “Hey! We should come back here again.” So what are you waiting for? Go and enjoy a meal there!
This Italian family restaurant has a warm, inviting atmosphere! The staff is friendly and incredibly attentive. The food is fantastic; the chicken is moist and tender, and the masala sauce is absolutely divine—I'll definitely be ordering it again. The Alfredo pasta is heavenly, and its creamy texture will not let you down! The appetizer Arancini is truly unique; the combination of rice, meat, peas, and mozzarella is perfectly held together, lightly fried, and comes with a side of marinara. You really have to try it for yourself!
I absolutely loved the food! It's great that they offer gluten-free options for almost everything, allowing me to enjoy dishes like chicken marsala and Alfredo once more. The waitstaff is incredibly helpful, very friendly, and well-informed about allergy restrictions.
