Chipotle Mexican Grill

Every time I go to this location my family and I always receive cold food with stale chips. I went the other day and picked up my double steak burrito that was smaller than my hand and on top of it smaller than my sisters burrito who got single meat? This doesn?t make sense right? I will make sure my next chipotle order is at a different location. I will take the longer drive for better service and food! I wish there was an option for zero stars!

Great customer service. Tried the Pollo asado...out of this world! Very flavorful with slight spicing.

Stopped at Chipotle at 23 mile and Schoenherr at about 5:30pm on a Sunday. The team member at the order section also made my burrito bowl. The food is always good at Chipotle- what was exceptional was the young man that took the order, made the burrito bowl and took payment for food. He was busy but at the same time was friendly, courteous and professional. Good job.

Horrible is being polite. Not one peice of steak was chewable. The girl that made my burrito seemed to hate her job...slopped my food onto the burrito with absolutely no care. The rice was on one half everything else was on the other ... i mean come on it this place really a place of business! The seating area was disgusting. (Wish I would have taken pictures. The staff seemed miserable and unfriendly. If this was my company I would pull the franchise from whoever owns it my experience was that bad. Will go to Qdoba moving forward. Sorry it this hurts but I feel it's the truth. Also, please get my name at least right instead of copy and pasting your responses to bad reviews. Complete nonsense.

This location is rarely open for some odd reason. For being on a busy intersection you would think that scheduling would be better. The mobile orders I make have an accuracy rate of 50% and the food almost always tastes unseasoned.
