Tim Hortons - Shelburne

Visiting from the states and never seen such a disorderly restaurant that's talked about so highly around here. The worst McDonald's ever would be better than this food, tasteless and the order was so off I don't recommend this place to anyone I think they need to train the staff on how to actually make the right food and coffee to order. The only professional employee who made it right was Kaitlyn, that was the only saving grace, the only one who actually understood my problems and helped

Long line up out the door as drive though was their priority.

Worst Tim Hortons in the province, possibly Canada, consistent 20 min wait in drive thru then when you get to the speaker they aint got ¾ of what you want. Moves along a little better early morning but between 12pm-10pm you could be waiting all night.

Strange and horrible, Entire bill was paid off and I did not order anything else; however, 400 pts were taken off my account as a separate transaction. I went back to ask why, a young woman gave me a phone number and said call this phone and get your points back . When I asked if I could have something else instead, she said she could not give me anything for free. Were 400 pts taken off for nothing, instead of throwing out a cold face?It was not even worth one star.

Since it has been sold south of the border Tim Hortons has gone down hill.
