Michael's Cafe - Shelburne Falls

The service and burger at this restaurant were fantastic. Our group arrived in the afternoon and were offered both breakfast and lunch menus since it was a brunch establishment. Our server was attentive but not overbearing, allowing us time to choose our meals and answering any questions we had about the menu. She was friendly and personable throughout our visit. The chef even came out of the kitchen to greet tables and say hello to customers. One standout aspect was the perfectly cooked medium-rare burger. This place definitely knows how to make a great burger.

The server was attentive and kept our drinks filled without hovering. She gave us plenty of time to make our selections and answered all our menu questions knowledgeably. She was also very friendly and personable. The chef even came out of the kitchen to greet tables and say hello to customers. Extra points for the chef knowing how to cook a burger medium rare!
