this unique little deli does not pretend to be a posh restaurant and if it would lose some of its charming shabby charm. with a huge part of the imagination they can almost believe that they are in Greece. a deli-style counter welcomes them as they enter, the employees all see vaguely Greek and after careful observation of accents (all part of my service,) I have derived that some of them are really! What User doesn't like about The Greedy Greek Del:
.we have a visit to one of our old favorite paid the Greek Greek deli. this is the ace no-frills Greek food that I and bailey have always used to take away when we lived in sheffield, but only at a special occasion our good friends the coppards a.
A risotto ordered and what appeared, looked like a bowl of rice casrole. unbelievable and they accused £13. coffee was also terrible. I think this place accuses himself of his worth. much better restaurants nearby.
We love greedy Greek, it is a definitiw a fave of us, but we feel as if the dennis of the owners changes the prices quite often. also, from any reason they find it very difficult to get orders completely right. I ordered several paintings. without wobble and there are wobbles, my friend ordered one without tomato, and there were tomatoes. today I ordered a gay and halloumi wrap without tweeping her got the no tweeping right at this opportunity, but I didn't get halloumi. if I were in the restaurant, it would not be a problem, but we collected it and made such a visit back to get only halloumi would be ridiculous. please ask her personal to work properly at ordering, or ask the person who takes up orders to write it right.
My partner got a chicken and pig battle that contains a pack with a bag salat and a super tiny stripe huh and another small stripe pork. not sure why they call it “chickens and pigs’ slaughter”, though. they are in fact greedy, to savour with eating.
We decided to stop and take some take to eat in the park. two wraps lamm kofta and a halloumi and sweet pakora. both made enormous, delicious and very fast. no idea why people here complain about fat chips and poor... coffee it is a Greek place, so maybe they order Greek food for best results.
A wonderful sunny evening, an amazing spot for a quick coffee on the way home in the early evening sun, yet it disappointed. This Greek Deli-Restaurant has a very good reputation and I haven't eaten here before, but will probably not order an after-dinner coffee...when I do. I was passing, no plans to eat and it not a coffee shop when all said, but with an abundance of coffee choice in the area, I would have hoped for something to entice me back. I cannot be certain, but the coffee tasted like instant, whilst the young waiter said not, I did not find any coffee grinds at the bottom of the cup. You could expect plenty of coffee grounds in Greek Coffee per say, but what I am certain of is that I cannot recall being so disappointed with a cup of coffee. I love Greek food and I have been to that amazing country several times. I really would like to come back to the Greedy Greek and sample the food which looks very enticing. There are many 5-star reviews for this venue, but there are a few 1-stars, and whilst I should eat here before giving a poor review, I will give three stars overall, based on four stars for cleanliness, staff friendliness and atmosphere location, but just one star for the coffee.
