Reviews - Cherry Tree Pub
Reviews summary
The Cherry Tree pub has recently undergone a revitalization under new ownership, aiming to establish itself as a thriving community hub. With a selection of three cask ales and other popular drinks, the pub's atmosphere is warm and inviting. Though food service has yet to commence, the menu promises well-priced, hearty options. Patrons can enjoy bar snacks like homemade chicken samosas and hot roast sandwiches on Sundays, catering to both vegetarians and meat lovers alike. With a pool table, darts, and sports on screen, this charming establishment in Carter Knowle is poised for a promising future.

The new owners have done an incredible job revitalizing this pub. There is a great atmosphere and a sense of community. They have sports on for those interested, as well as a pool table and darts. The drink selection is excellent and reasonably priced. The bar snacks, such as the homemade chicken samosas for £2 and nachos for only £3.50, were fantastic. I am looking forward to trying more items on the menu. On Sunday... View all feedback.
What SeenIt9 dislikes about Cherry Tree Pub:
Popped into the pub just after the new year. Told that the pub was under new ownership from last November and despite the ads outside offering food, the new owners had not got around to serving food up since they took over. View all feedback.

I asked for some menus and was told they are not serving food by some argumentative woman who had been talking about incontinence across the bar.

Since this pub re-opened under new management it is well worth a visit for either a few real ales or a good hearty meal. Its a little gem in the middle of Carter Knowle!
