Chipotle Mexican Grill - Sheffield

If you order online, it is usually a quick trip through the running gear thru. to go to the restaurant, it is a bit hectic and busy. eating is good, regardless of, they do definitiw portion control compared to other chipotle’s, like the at the western flu rd in elyria. my huh was burned when I received my meal and finally came home to eat it. I was incredibly sad. but of course, if they are hungry, they will eat something. I'm not too sure I'm coming back here.

Found this metal rod in my food at this Chipotle. Emailed customer support, they called me and told me I'd get a full refund and 5 free entrees. I never received any of that so here you go Chipotle I'll share the story with everyone

Best Chipotle in the area. Ingredients are always fresh and well prepared. Will go out of my way to come to this location every time.

I only eat the quesadilla now. The bowls had become hit or miss as far as taste and the way the ingredients were added I just stopped eating them all together.

Mobile order drive thru is a good idea unless you get behind someone who showed up early for their order. And they sit at the window for 15 minutes while everyone else's food behind them gets cold. Had happened more than once at this location. Food is good though
