A more unique menu, and some really good food. They need to increase staff near the holidays, because the wait for the check became ridiculous after every table suddenly filled in a 10 minute window. They only had one server on a Wednesday, but due to holiday traffic, that was not enough. The pho was excellent, the massaman curry was outrageous, and the calamari was pretty great.

Horrible management. Called to place a pick up order and the employee placed me on hold, for over 10 minutes!!!! The entire time I was on hold you could hear at least 3 employee's hanging around just having casual conversation. I hung up and tried calling back for an additional 15 minutes but I kept getting a busy signal. Over 30 minutes just trying to place an order and the employee's haven't even realized the phone is still on HOLD! Horrible service.

As another reviewer stated, this place is hit or miss. The service can be as well. We were regulars here so they tended to us quicker than I think you'd expect. But one of our first times here, we walked out due to how long it took to get seen. Unfortunately there's not many places to eat pho, so you have to settle with what you got.

Good hot food but horribly slow service. Our group went in and it took more than an hour and a half after ordering for them to make and serve our food. Most of us almost got up and walked out to go somewhere else.
