What todd monroe doesn't like about Carl’s Jr.:
My family and I wanted a quick lunch and Carl's Jr. was convenient. I had the Guacamole Bacon Angus Burger which was okay but the meat patty was 4 hours old in the warmer dry. My family had the Western BBQ Burger and their experience was sad. The meat was dry, three days in the desert and sunburned dry. No sauces. The fries were meh. Not enough ketchup was provided. GM Matilde was very nice and made sure everything was perfect. We ordered the Western Bacon Burger and it was fresh and delicious. My daughter ordered the chicken tenders and they were very good with her favorite sauce honey mustard. The restaurant was very cleaned and organized. View all feedback.

It's not the employees fault, it's the management that hires the temp kids. And the other problem is some employees have a hard time getting on base.
