Tim Hortons - Shediac

The service was shockingly poor, and the behavior of the staff left much to be desired.Firstly, when I entered the store, the cashier barely acknowledged my presence and seemed more interested in chatting with a co-worker than taking my order. After I finally got their attention, they seemed annoyed by my simple request for a coffee and a donut.To make matters worse, my order was prepared sloppily. The coffee was lukewarmThe seating area was also a mess. Tables were dirty, and there was trash scattered around.Overall, this Tim Hortons provided an incredibly disappointing experience. The staff's behavior was unprofessional, the service was subpar, and the cleanliness of the store left much to be desired. I won't be returning to this location anytime soon

I drove off today, without completing my order, due to the rude staff member on the speaker. I think I am officially done with Tim Hortons.

The woman was absolutely rude, zero customer service!

This place is very spacious. The decorations for Camp Day were uplifting and radiated positivity.Service can be better for the front.On a separate note, special shoutout to the girl painting the windows! She was very kind and happy with explaining her work.

It’s been four time I went to Tim’s and whenever and whatever I order they are out of it like Boston cream donut , chicken and potato wedges. If they don’t have the food after 7:30pm than they have close at that time so people will not have to stand in the line for 15 minutes waste there time to get
