Auberge Inn Thyme - Shediac

Two of us stopped for a quick coffee. Had French pressed coffee and an apple cinnamon scone and a haskep berry scone. Excellent scones and coffee. Lovely little gift shop too. Great place for afternoon pick me up.

Took my Nan, and we both loved the lobster pot pie. We will be back to try more. No complaints on the service as some others had noted.

My husband and I decided to have brunch here on the recommendation of an owner of another restaurant in Shediac. They use fresh locally sourced ingredients and it shows in the food. The pancakes were literally the best ones I've ever had. Light, fluffy and perfectly cooked. Eggs benedict were also amazing. Everything we had was delicious. The only drawback was that they were apparently having computer networking issues so the service was very slow. However, Julien was very kind and apologetic about the wait. Xavier also came out to speak with us and apologized. They were both very nice and you can see how important this business is to both of them. If you're looking for a great brunch spot definitely give Inn Thyme a try.

Fabulous meal options, fresh and local ingredients and great coffee and drinks. The feel of the place with the grand porch is just fantastic! Try the chai latte and specialty drinks! Also many great gluten free option...

Their lobster melt is delicious, has a lot of fresh lobster meat, cheese, mushrooms & more, and comes with an excellent side salad with a lite maple syrup vinaigrette. Charming ambiance too. Got a couple of unique gifts in their wee gift store.
