Look no one wants to work on Christmas we can all understand that. But the absolute lack of quality from today's crew was appalling. Asked for well done fries cause saugy fries are disgusting and they hand me old fries that I had to wait for. Ordered dine-in. Waited 20 min. Requested refund. The manager apologized saying they had two new people in training.
The service was great, a second employee came out, he stopped what he was doing to make sure I was waited on. Great place with great service.
