The closest Wendy's to where I live is not my favorite location. The staff have a tendency to be low knowledge and even the “management” aren't the best communicators and as a result, the customer service and guest experience leaves much to be desired. And forget about the crew knowing how to guide the guests on how to redeem their rewards using the app. At this restaurant, you're on your own. View all feedback.
I make a mobile carryout order at 7:45pm but the restaurant door was locked with no notice. Went to drivethru and handwritten note was taped to drive-thru stating they closed at 7:30. The app still says the restaurant is open for biz. This is unacceptable!!!
I try not to but I normally get lunch at this place it has improved with the orders I haven't had a missing sandwich or anything for a while now good job guys
The fries were great! The burgers left everything to be desired! I ordered the bourbon bacon cheeseburger. The fried onions were chewy and stale, the sauce tasted like a very bad teriyaki sauce, and the cheese sauce maxe the whole thing inedible! He ordered the bbq brisket cheeseburger. If their was coleslaw on it you can't see it or taste it, the sauce tasted exactly the same as the bacon bourbon cheeseburger, we do NOT recommend!!
So I just ordered a biggie bag crispy BLT… I got the wrong sandwich and didn't get my drink or the sauce I ordered and no receipt like I asked. The lady taking my order kept asking here or to I said to go 3 times. Asked for BBQ she gave me none. I told the nice man about it and he got it for me… She comes back and says u need anything ma'am I just looked at pointed at the man getting everything else I paid for. That's all.
Every time I go by they're closed for the last 4 days. Two or three hours before the closing time. Pay these people more money so they'll actually want to work
