What Serenity M doesn't like about Subway:
Food was good, lettuce was slightly brown but nothing too bad. Went today for lunch the lady doing meats was super nice! Had amazing service from her but the manager, Matt, doing veggies was not nice at all. He had a lot of attitude with me got annoyed that when I asked for extra lettuce when he only gave me a little I asked for more. Really surprising attitude coming from a manager. There is absolutely no point in even attempting to order online or in the app. I ordered a single 12” sub at 1:00, got there at 1:15. The line was pouring out the door on a Sunday. 1:45 came, a whole 45 minutes after I placed my order and they hadn’t even started my sandwich. I left without my food and counted the $9 as a loss. How ridiculous.Parking: Also ridiculous.

The last 2 days the only person working is this poor lady. She needs help, there's a big line and she's all alone. Come on Subway. Do better.

It's gotten a lot better than it use to be. When I first moved to Shawnee this subway was rough. The employees were rude as hell, nasty looking, etc. I now go here 2-3 times a month, more so now with a pregnant wife. But they've really changed things around. I'm impressed.
