The food was outstanding, yet again. The service was great. But, the settings on the fountain machines are terrible! They have TONS of carbonation, and no syrup. I thought that was a problem at another Schlotzsky's location several weeks ago, but I realized tonight that it's at all Schlotzsky's. Update: The sandwich was good. But, they charged a dollar for an extra au jus. Then neither was a 1/4 full. I poured one into the other and not even half full. I specifically said it needed to be full it I had to pay that. It's expensive enough as is. Favorite sandwich of all time. 45 years and counting
Don 't! If you 're going to do an online order and pick it up DON 'T. They stick your order in a cube and you still have to wait for the person in front of you make the most important decisions of their life, ending in a $45 order (and a legit 10 minutes later), then when you get to the register, they grab your order. Luckily, the young lady actually looked at my order and figured out half the order (a salad) was missing. So, 5 minutes later, you are handed a bag with the rest of your order. No thanks for waiting almost 20 minutes for an online order containing 3 items! Or even a You 're Welcome to my thanks. I 'm over Schlotzsky 's. The food wasn 't horrible, but not worth this hassle.
Wonderful to find a place that serves soups and sandwiches, not deep fry!Great Broccoli and Cheese soup, spot on iced Tea (no aftertaste! , and to-die for Cinnamon Rolls.Service is slow, tho. I waited 29 minutes for a cup of soup and a Salad.
I got a turkey avocado bacon sandwich it was a medium and it was huge and very yummy!
Would have given five stars except they neglected to put any ice in my iced tea.
