What Jason B doesn't like about Pizza West:
Screwed up our order and refused to give refund or replace without paying for a new pizza. Unprofessional managerial staff full of excuses about being short handed or having new employees. Regardless, I can understand those issues but if you mess up, you need to make it right. All in all, very disappointed as I really like to support small, local businesses. View all feedback.
Me, my wife and kid went there yesterday, the pizza tastes amazing and the staff were incredibly kind, attentive and made us feel home. Def returning!
Great menu variety and pizza tastes wonderful. Best crust! Atmosphere is perfect for a pizza joint.
Good buffet options, line was always full. Crust was a bit doughy but great price for the opportunity
