I needed to return the untouched cookies that no one would obviou... read more I purchased a few cookies for my family, but after tasting one I realized I did not like them. I needed to return the untouched cookies that no one would obviously be eating.. After trying to return them I have to say the ladies working had very badattitudes towards me.. I believe one of them was even a manager! I do not appreciate being treated like this as a customer. Iwill NOT be going back. Not to mention the girl who took back my bag off cookies slammed them on the counter behind her..Disrespectful and immature..

I agree, one of the employees was rude and lazy! It was 7:30 and we went to go buy cookie sandwiches and a girl said ?I don?t know how to do the icing? okay so... read more I agree, one of the employees was rude and lazy! It was 7:30 and we went to go buy cookie sandwiches and a girl said ?I don?t know how to do the icing? okay so we selected different cookies then she tried charging our card and didn?t know how to run theregister, she must have been new. Then a second employee came to show her, the new girl told her I don?t know how to do theicing and the other employee said I will show you then proceeded to charge my card. I said ?wait if you know how to do theicing?? she RUDELY interrupts me and said ?let me finish this transaction? I said ?right before you finish, if you can do icingI want to put my mini back and get a regular? she said RUDELY ?I don?t know what you?re talking about you have a regular and amini!? I said ?Am I not making any sense?? My guess is she was incompetent or lazy or already cleaned everything before theyclosed and didn?t want to work. I?ll just take my business elsewhere which is probably what they would prefer.

I could hardly choose from all the delicious looking treats in the case. Went with a caramel pecan chocolate chip cookie which was fresh and absolutely yummy! Shelby and the fella working the register, whose name I didn't catch, wereboth totally friendly! I also love that they have an ICEE machine! Perfect end to my Christmas shopping trip at the mall! ????
