Love this place! I could hardly choose from any delicious looking treats in the case. Went with a caramel pecan chocolate chip cookie that was fresh and absolutely delicious! Shelby and the guy who worked the register whose name I didn't get were both totally friendly! I also love that they have an ICEE machine! Perfect end of my Christmas shopping trip in the mall! What User doesn't like about Mrs. Field's:
I purchased a few cookies for my family, but after tasting one I realized I did not like them. I needed to return the untouched cookies that no one would obviously be eating.. After trying to return them I have to say the ladies working had very bad attitudes towards me.. I believe one of them was even a manager! I do not appreciate being treated like this as a customer. Great family-friendly place. Cookies are delicious. Staff are very nice and always have a welcoming atmosphere.
Good cookies just wish they had low sugar or substitute sugar cookies. Very rich folks and always fresh!

My best description for their cookies is the word gourmet? You are not like your average cookie. They're so rich. The cookie cake weighs 5 lb, which is about twice as large as other brands.
When we stop and buy Pies, they are always good. They offer seasonal and regular Pies. They are open on weekdays from noon to five. Closed during the holidays during the week.
