Went through the drive through and got told to move up to wait on my food. Was there for 15 minutes at least. My food was cold when I received it. I should know better than to come to this McDonald’s. This is not the first time this has happened. It is common to get the wrong order, wait forever, or just be forgotten entirely. People are rude and took 20 mins to get a coffee and a frappe...they were making the girl behind us Frappes first...

Terrible experience after terrible experience even when compared to other McDonalds locations. My family and I have been ignored inside several times and the drive thru has some of the worst service I have ever seen.
Fries were cold, nuggets were warm, drinks were water down tasting.
I waited over 20 minutes for my meal. The floors were so slippery that I almost fell.
