What User doesn't like about Jimmy John's:
I previously shared my experience on the Jimmy John's feedback website. I was charged $4.99 for delivery even though my order was switched to pickup because they didn’t provide delivery, despite my original order going through online without any issues. Additionally, the manager had issued a refund about a month ago that we have yet to receive. View all feedback.
Sandwich was great wishing only that the lobby was open so I don't have to wait 20 minutes to get my online order.
I love jimmy johns but this place is underoccupied and has often closed the store and only drive through the option. they have not had any truthahn options for months. , because this was earlier my way out of work :
This location never has a delivery driver. They also are frequently out of Turkey. This past year this location has gone down hill.
These sandwiches were super delicious! The bread was fresh and soft and made as we ordered. We'll definitely eat here again highly recommend!
First time having Jimmy Johns. Dude with the dreads got my whole order wrong. Like the whole thing…. It wasn’t even hard. Clearly wasn’t listening
