We order out often from here on the weekends, never really any complaints except that the line sometimes forgets to put garlic butter in my corn and the lord knows I need that. Tonight we got garlic butter and want to say thank you to the cooks! Y?all areawesome View all feedback.
What Dee Aldridge doesn't like about Chili's Grill:
This was by far the most noisy Chili 's I 've ever been in. And it wasn 't because of the customers creating unruly noise. They definitely could use some soft surfaces to help with noise abatement. My food was fine but my other patron had hardly anygrilled chicken on her quesadilla. It was so scarce in fact that two of the pieces had NONE on them. Our server was great. View all feedback.

The service here is excellent, and I've never had an issue with the wait time. My only concern is how excessively loud some of the other customers can be in the bar area. We're not the type to get annoyed easily, but there have been occasions when we've thought about leaving just to avoid having to shout to be heard at our own table. Many families around us seem to share the same sentiment, casting disapproving looks at the source of the noise, which is usually a group of 2-5 men engaged in such loud conversations that you can hear them from the bathroom stalls. Despite this, I've never seen anyone actually address the situation. I believe that paying customers have every right to enjoy themselves and be lively, but when there are dozens of people, including children, just steps away from your bar stool, it might be considerate to reign in the volume, especially when discussing how upset your wife will be when you get home.
I just wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for the incredible service I received during my visit to Chili's tonight. As a tired mom working long hours, I truly value efficiency, and your team provided the quickest and most seamless dining experience I've had here to date. After a frustrating previous visit where I had to address an inappropriate situation involving my teenage daughter, I was a bit apprehensive. However, tonight was completely different! Despite the large groups of diners that arrived before my family, you stayed calm and attentive. We finished our meal and paid so quickly that we were on our way before many of those larger tables even received their food. I rarely leave reviews, but this experience deserves recognition. I plan to come back and will definitely seek you out. Keep up the fantastic work! Our food was served hot and tasted amazing! You set the standard for excellent service. I also appreciated the effort you made to learn some sign language for my deaf son—it made a meaningful difference to us. Thank you for a wonderful evening!
I usually order the triple dipper when I visit, but this time it was very disappointing. The portion size has decreased significantly, and the price has increased. The dish looked quite unappealing. Our waiter also forgot our salads, the chips and salsa, and even the lime for my Corona. Overall, it was a frustrating experience.
