I have been to quite a few Chick-fi-A 's, and this one was the worst one by far. It took nearly 45 minutes for me to get my food in a nearly empty store. The manager was super rude(the short one with grey hair) I didn 't get her name. She wasn 't wearing a name tag as well, and I was expecting the casual your pleasure responses which is okay because I understand you don 't have to do that, but they all had nasty attitudes except for a handful of the workers. The manager just made it a horrible experience. I won 't be coming to this one again anytime soon. (Shawnee Location)
